KNIGHT AU货物合规检查与责任声明

根据澳大利亚气候变化、能源、环境与水资源部（Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water）、澳大利亚边防部队（Australian Border Force, ABF）、中华人民共和国海关总署（General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China）以及中华人民共和国生态环境部（Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China）的相关法律法规，本公司在提供国际物流、清关与仓储服务过程中，有权在必要时无需客户同意即对客户货物进行非侵入式检查及开箱查验，以确保其符合各国法律规定及生物安全要求。

本次检查仅用于确保货物符合相关法律法规及生物安全等合规性要求，属于依法依规履行职责之行为。客户须无条件配合本公司完成相关检查流程。所有被我司查验的包裹都将放入查验告知单，并随货物一同返回。

如在检查过程中发现任何违禁物品、伪造文件、走私行为或虚假申报等违法违规情形，本公司将立即终止服务并依法向中国及澳大利亚有关执法机关进行报告，并保留依法追究相关责任的权利，包括但不限于拒绝运输、扣押货物。此外，相关货物将会移交给相关执法部门处理。

对于在检查过程中未能配合或发现存在违规行为的客户，除依法追究责任外，本公司有权拒绝运输、留置货物并移交相关执法部门进行进一步处理。客户在此过程中应承担由此产生的所有费用及责任。

KNIGHT AU Cargo Compliance Inspection and Liability Statement

In accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of the Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (Australia), the Australian Border Force (ABF), the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China, and the Ministry of Ecology and Environment of the People’s Republic of China, our company reserves the right, when necessary and without prior customer consent, to conduct non-intrusive inspections and open-box examinations of customers’ goods during the provision of international logistics, customs clearance, and warehousing services. This is to ensure compliance with legal regulations and biosecurity requirements of all relevant countries.

These inspections are strictly to verify compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and biosecurity obligations and are carried out as part of our lawful duties. Customers are required to fully cooperate with the inspection procedures. All parcels inspected by our company will be accompanied by an Inspection Notice, which will be returned together with the goods.

If any prohibited items, forged documents, smuggling activities, or false declarations are discovered during the inspection, our company will immediately terminate the service and report the incident to the relevant enforcement authorities in both China and Australia. We also reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility, including but not limited to refusal of transportation, detention of goods, and further legal action. The goods in question will be handed over to the appropriate authorities.

For customers who fail to cooperate during inspections or are found in violation, our company reserves the right to refuse transportation, retain the goods, and transfer the matter to enforcement authorities for further handling. Customers shall bear all costs and liabilities arising from such circumstances.
